8588899484 is currently in my family plan of 9977427799.
Visited airtel store (laxminagar, vikas marg, delhi) on 29 Jun & submitted the request to remove 8588899484 from my family plan of 9977427799.
Also paid current outstanding Rs. 674/- at store at the same time submitting request.
Since that day, continuosly getting the sms for multiple time regarding failed verification.
How it could be possible that without contacting me through call/sms/mail, my verification is getting failed.
Despite of all these, I’m continuosly following for same on social media a/c of Twitter but still the issue remains the same.
Really want to know that is the verification process is being very difficult to airtel for an existing customer or it’s something like rocket science for the verification team/concerned team???
