Dear Airtel Xstream Broadband Team,
It has been observed on multiple occasions that your technicians, while resolving or providing new connections for society members, have inadvertently disrupted the connections of other members. Consequently, it takes your company more than 2 to 3 days to restore the disrupted connections as per your policy. This delay causes significant inconvenience to the affected members, who suffer without any fault of their own.
Today, a similar incident occurred. While at home, my internet connection was suddenly disrupted. Upon investigating, I found two Airtel technicians working in another flat. During their work, they inadvertently disconnected my connection. Had I not been at home to address the issue immediately, I would have been without an internet connection for the next 2-3 days due to the mistake of your technicians. This type of incident has occurred multiple times in the past.
We urge you to address this issue promptly and prevent such disruptions in the future. If these incidents continue, we will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the consumer forum.
