Sir,
I had booked airtel broadband connection online on 8th August from Bangalore. I have paid the amount 3536 from my sbi debit card and filled all the fields required. After sometime I recd message from airtel stating that transaction processed and failed but the required amount was cut from my sbi account. One local manager of airtel mr sridhar called me asked me to pay again and fill all the fields which I didn’t do. He told the amount will be refunded automatically. Till date I have not recd the amount. When transaction is failed airtel should immediately reverse the transaction and the amount should be credited to my account. Which they have done even after 5 days. Pl help me to get back my and oblige.
