My airtel extreme connection speed is very less and fluctuating . I need to know , [1] how to raise a service request by email or online (121 phone number is just an harrashment and talking with the machine), [2] does airtel thanks app gives the option to lodge a service request or connection cancellation request.
please provide pin point answer.
