I have taken a new Airtel Xtreme fiber connection on August 4th, unfortunately I have shifted to other house which is hardly 100 meters from the old house.
I have raised a request on August 23for Shifting, till now no action has been taken, when I have called customer care they are saying that with in 24 hours it is going to be resolved and they are raising new service requests instead of taking any action on the initial request.
Its been 7 days that I have raised the request, No technician has contacted me till date.
I am unable to do my office work from past 10 days.
please do needful.
