Dear Sir,
My regd mob No: 09xxxxx7440
I had lodged a complaint of remote(home button) not working on 19 Feb 2021.
The complaint has not been resolved till now – 1615h on 22 Feb 2021.
I had also lodged a complaint against the engineer who had visited our home last month for misbehaving.
Mr Chanchal has also been misbehaving in our enclave with many others.
He closes the complaint without even calling the customer.
I had spoken to Shubham Kumar and Asif both supervisors at 020-44448080 who have been promising me resolution same day but in vain.
The issue still remains at the same status – UNRESOLVED.
Kindly do the needful to ensure refund of my money for the days that my complaint has not been resolved and
In case you are unable to resolve the issue , please return my entire money and monetary compensation for the mental harassment.
