Hi,
I got an Airtel xtreme wifi connection installed at my place with connection id 7039223367(DSL) on the 3rd of may, with an installation amount of 2828/- , for which I have not received any bills. On asking for the bill in the first place the executive mentioned of getting it on the app itself in the next three day, which later got extended to 15day on further enquiry by the same executive.
Now when I further enquired  the executive came to my door and checked and found no bills in the app( who was very supportive and polite) . On taking this further I asked him to get me in touch with the manager , who was very rigid and gave no ears when I asked him to log in my complaint so that I could get a resolution with the team above if they cannot solve it on their end.He was not ready to take my complaint rather he asked me to contact customer care and get rid of the connection, stating that if the system doesn’t generate a bill, he cannot help. He even asked me to find a root cause for this. Hilarious! I wasn’t aware the executives of Airtel are not really polite or ready to take up a charge and the response which I’ve received as a customer from them was never expected. This has led me to write this so that my complaint gets registered and whatever actions need to be taken further.
I thn raised a service request to shift the connect which was supposed to be done within 24hrs and now it has been a week and its not yet done. The executives who have the connection has blocked all numbers. Where do I reach out?
