I got Airtel Xpress broadband installed on June 16. The network and speed is not good. Today, it is also suspended saying outstanding bill to be paid. I have already paid 2828 rupees in advance for 3 months rent. Plus, the speed was promised as 100 mbps but I’m getting mostly around 40 mbps when I sit beside the router. A few feet away, the speed drops below 10 mbps. I feel like I have been cheated. The customer care is not helping in this. I just have the option to mail them. And they are not replying.
