Dear sir/madam,
I am a airtel postpaid customer from last 3 months because I found the service very good we decided to install airtel fibre too. We approached airtel executive Narasimha Murthy, whose number we found from the local advertising in our neighbourhood. We were not aware that our location didn’t have airtel fibre connection yet. But the executive promised us the connection and asked us to make payment by paytm to his TL’s number and kept saying installation will happen within a week.
We found his conversation deceiving after 2/3 days and availed for airtel fibre from my postpaid number airtel thanks app. The executive who got in connection with us clearly told us that the connection is not yet established in our location and confirmed that the other guy has fooled us. When spoke with Narasimha Murthy regarding the same he apologised and promised to return the amount within 2 days. But we have been calling from past 5 days to him and his TL. Both are not taking our call.
We are very disappointed with the service of airtel. I want the amount back at the earliest please do the needful.
