Hi my airtel number is 7557667477, on 3rd june 2020 i have recharged my number with 251 for 50 gb data, then it shows me only valid upto 8 june so to increase validity i have recharged again with 149, but still 251 recharge validity was upto 8 june 2020.
So from 3rd june to 9 june i have called airtel helpline and they said dont worry its a technical issue your data will not expire, so i have used my less data. While on 9 june my net stopped working out and i called again to helpline and the executive said just change your sim to another phone it will work.
On 10 june, i again called the helpline and she said as your validity was upto 8 june and 149 recharge was done after 251 so that data validity was not extended.
So the main problem is that it was going to expire on 8 june why all executives told me dont worry about it, it will not expire. But i lost my 44 gb due to misguidance.
If it was that why they fooled me, i lost my money and data due your executives, now who is responsible for that, if they do not fooled me i should use that data upto 8 june.
Now please have a look over this and provide me resolution. You can check my all calls to helpline from 3rd june to 9 june
