Dear Sir / Madam,
Most regretfully I want to complaint against two executives of Airtel Fixed line Bradband Employees Mr. Kuldeep & Mr. Dinesh who visited my home at C-2/309, Sagar Premium Tower, Kolar Road Bhpal, on 6th of August 2021.
They committed me for installing Airtel Black Plan in which they were supposed to give me Airtel Xtreaming (200MBPS Speed) with Airtel DTH and charged me Rs. 1500 cash.
But they installed only DTH and not installed Broadband, that led to no use of DTH and no supply of internet.
There customer care replied that they will refund the money & will take back DTH.
complaint no. raised but company closed complaint without any solution.
