Please be noted that your executive Mr Iftekhar Khan who claimed to be the assistant manager at Airtel duped us badly.he would call and pester to sell his connection but when we got KYC done he has only installed the broadband.
A calling instrument promised by him has not been delivered. He is not attending the calls appropriately and gives illogical and irrational excuses for not being able to give us the instrument.
He cuts the calls or else keeps on hold and then cut. Why should such people be part of Airtel?
I feel sorry for Airtel having recruited such people who malign the reputation of this organisation. His job of ‘selling’the connection is done so he is least bothered about the after sales and the innocent customers.
Is it my fault to have trusted your executive and paid my hard earned money what connection which is still not complete? My billing cycle should be revised and should begin from the date I get the instrument.
Also such people should be taken action upon who don’t follow the ethics of business. I am sorry to say that this is an example of corruption in Airtel. he made us sign on the documents and completed
installation protocol for the heck.look into my matter on urgent basis and reply since I am an old Airtel customer of yours and I already have three more connections. Airtel account number 7039369902 for your reference
