Have activated International roaming in my airtel number and went abroad. On coming back to India they have charged usage Rs, 2300 additional apart from 3999/- international roaing charges with total invoice for Rs.8200.
Before travelling I asked if i will get alerts on usage and they confirmed i will get alerts on reaching the limit. But on return they charges excess. When i said i didnt rreceive any alert and asked for waiver they didnt do and today they have blocked the outgoing calls in my number..Six days as of today Airtel hasnt provided any solution, no reply for email and they have barred outgoing call facility.
