My Airtel eSIM is not working for last months and I am writing to Airtel to help but all I get automated mail with predefined steps in every 24 hrs. First mail sent in Feb 2022 and since then it is not working (121@airtel.com and nodalofficer.pb@in.airtel.com )
Again it seems no one has read the mail before as I mentioned this many times and Now I have another general reply here.
I am in Australia and using eSIM , Are you saying – you want to replace the eSIM ???
I have family plan as black Airtel and someone from Mohali Airtel shop needs to go my home address – 1701 phase 3b2 Mohali 160059 address. My parents are not mobile by themselves ( Father Parkinson patient and mother has acute diabetes) so someone has to go to my address to get this done. Moreover, for all this documentation they will need guidance.
Hope you can get this done asap.
Also , my bill for last and current month should be exempted as the services were not working and still working so I should not be charged any thing till the services are restored .
Please respond ( not with automated replies) .
