Following the step by step document provided online and checking with airtel support, tried converting physical Airtel SIM to eSIM. But the email that was meant to be received within 2hours didn’t get to my registered email ID. And later my SIM got disabled and when reaching the Airtel Showroom (Thoraipakkam), they had asked me to get a duplicate SIM for 50bucks. I need airtel to send over the email to avoid the fuss.
