Text of Complaint by Himank Nassa:

I ported my bsnl sim to airtel and the employee who came to my place to do so said I need to pay him for the recharge. I disagreed but he denied to give me the Sim card so I gave him 300rs. on 6th of August in cash. I contacted him yesterday he said that his mobile phone was broken so he will do the recharge in the evening and he is just befooling me giving me other times and so I have all the call recordings from day 1. Airtel employee details-
