It is informed to customer care of Airtel many times to correct my last month bill. It was somehow corrected in July 3rd 2022 and requested by Mr. Deepesh (Sr. officer whom my call was transferred) that rest amount will be adjusted in next bill. Hence, the bill was paid on same day by me.
Airtel charged the late fee in next bill than again I requested customer care to correct the bill and adjust the last month remaining amount but again customer care team made excuses. After several calls they adjusted the Rs. 100 and now the bill is 606 Rs. but if they remove the late fee charge my bill should be 588. Therefore, it is requested again and got response that it will be reflected in half an hour. But nothing has done. Hence, I didnt pay the bill until it is corrected.
