My SIM got damaged and it stop functioning, i went to the Airtel Store near my house and asked to issue duplicate SIM for the same.
They were charging 100 rs for duplicate SIM and when I asked for bill, they denied for bill and I argued it and asked to talk to Manager etc but they said manager wont pick up the phone and all.
Since I was in hurry and need my SIM on urgent basis due to my office, I had to give them 100 rs for duplicate SIM and they didn’t provide ne any bill for it. This means the 100 rs will go in the employee pocket.
Kindly take a note of it and return my money.
