Sir,

Complaint on – Mohammed Naseer Ansari

I have an Airtel DTH connection that was disabled for a while due to dish issues. I registered a request with Airtel for service visit. The above person visited my house and installed a new setup box.
I have been waiting for (4) days for the connection to start and the above person has been giving me excuses that it will start in 5-10 mins every time I’ve phoned him. The next day he says that the setup box is faulty.
He charged me Rs. 750 for his services and set up box without handling me a receipt/bill.
I am a resident of Mumbai and my Pin code is 400009.
