Text of Complaint by Sankar:

I raised Airtel Duplicate SIM overcharge issue on december 2021 and till now there is no resolution. i Sent emails to 121@airtel.in.

They just simply replied saying team is working on it and they sent due dates and it will be closed within that time but till now there is no resolution. if we ask the status, they just replied, team is working on it and will send the updates within 24 hours. Days,weeks, months gone but there is no proper response.

I dont think Airtel is working on customer queries. i really frustrated and planned to change the network.
