Text of Complaint by Mota Ram Jangid:

I have a dth connection where no signal was the error coming. I lodged a compliant on customer care and asked for resolution. Then technician visited and told me that my set top box is faulty and need to be replaced. I have asked about charges and he told me that 450/- is new box charge and 250/- for adaptor. So I have to pay 700/-. I agreed and he took my box for replacement. When he visited his center, he called and asked for 200/- extra or rather a new connection which will cost me 2000/-. I called customer care to complaint about it but no resolution given. I also called nodal office at Jaipur but no solution given and she told me that I have to pay 820/- where she will recharged my box with 150/-. She agreed that wrong charged were committed to me as new box charge 350/- and adaptor charge is 170/- only. Thus I was mis committed by Airtel dth and there is no solution as of now. I am very much fraustrated and need solution.
