Dear Sir,

My airtel customer id is3017877310.
I have balance Rs. 44 in my account, but Airtel channels are stopped from today 30.1.2019 and I got error code 6.
I tried to contact customer care but everything is futile.
Even I have enough balance , my dth service is stopped.
Kindly do the needful to compensate my mental torture by an amount of Rs.50000/-
