Airtel DTH sold to me from Sales Team (Mentioned that with HD device 6months HD Channels for INR 2200)
But they the gave plan of Marathi Channels without informing me.
Spoke to the installation company (3rd Party) He informed me about the package and said I need to speak to Airtel Customer Service as they have sold and he can’t do anything.
14 Calls to Airtel Customer Service:
Spoke to Various front line, 2nd line, Manager, and once Backend team.
Ticket No. 30963520 Open for the complaint the customer care said they can’t do anything escalated to the 2nd line and then he says I will get a call from the backend to address my issue.
But every time they mentioned they couldn’t reach me hence even had given alternate no. but they never reach me but I reach them every time and the same story and they closed the ticket.
Got a new ticket opened 31098560 but the same story but this time I got a call from Backend and explain the scenario he says he will review and get back but after that, he never calls me.
Again when I call the customer care they say the same repeated thing and no one is addressing the issue or solving the issue and just fooling around.
I simply asked them to provide me what was said to me 6 month HD channels or cancel the product and refund my money for 22oo INR.
This is just mental torture I’m going through for the poor customer services.
