Text of Complaint by Charu Gupta:

I Have been facing problems with my airtel tv connection for both set top boxes since 22nd May 2019. When I first registered my complaint on 23rd may morning at  6:00 AM it was told that local technician will resolve by 12:30 Pm but no one visited my house till evening 6:00 Pm and when I called the Technician he visited  the house by 6:30 Pm and told airtel needs to place an addition dish in my society and since material is not available so he will do next day. I called him next on 24th May and he told u need to buy a personal dish and spend money then only it will be rectified. To which we denied as it is a society where airtel is to place dishes. Since then I have regularly registering complaints in customer care where in I received a call from a local gunda technician that if i put a complaint he will ensure no one comes to my house. Then I reported this incident in airtel customer care to whch they simply made fun of me. I have been regularly registering complains against my signal tll date but every time I call they tell ur complaint is closed it has corrected however no technician has visited my place and it seems to be a planning of customer care people like chirag, vinay, priya and others I spoke to trouble me. I am going to file this comlaint against airtel if tommorow anything happens to me its Airtel south customer care team and local technicians will be responsible.
