Dear Sir,
I am EP Vijaya Kumar with CUST ID 3030428808 using Airtel DTH services. Change of channels or Removal of channels subscribed is not accepting..
No response to messages sent as per Bharti Airtel mob no 81302 81302 and 040 44448080 AP customer care number. Activation of subscribed channels is not happening after multiple requests.
I am receiving messages saying not possible. Always Amount is taken as prepaid and services are not Provided. CUSTOMERS ARE CHEATED ALWAYS. Recharge done on 26 June 2020 for total Rs. 450
Kindly look into the matter and resolve at the earliest..
It is not acceptable as we are denied the services promised by a Very Big corporate Company…
