Hi Team,
My Airtel DTH services are all of sudden stopped and didn’t services are not resumed even after payment and customer care hub is saying that your account has been deactivated however I am receiving error code 6 which means service are stopped due to low balance. I dropped mail to digitaltv@in.airtel.com but no response from there as well. Customer care is saying it’s technical fault at Airtel end and they had raised the request for the same but no response yet.
I am suffering from last more that 36 hours and unable to see the live cricket match of India Australia.
There is no meaning of paying for such type of service offered by Airtel.
Please help me in getting the refund for such type services and mental harassment.
