Hello Team,
Greetings. This is a compaint or Airtel DTH services. Regarding there services which interupt every 2-3 months .
And if it is a technical issue from there side, they charge service charges for customers. From last one year almost 4 times we had called technicians and charged almost 1200- 1500 apporx.
Recently again same issue has been raised , this is again a technical issue still they are not resolving on there prescribed time.
We had registered complaint on June24-2019 and on the same day technicians came almost 3 people simultaneously and none of them has resolved the issue.
After then there is no follow up at all. Till now no body has come up and resolved the issue. I called up airtel today in the morning hour they did not send any technician.
And again i called up at 3 pm till now no body has called up and still the problem is to be resolved. I need a fast resolution for this. And request you to help on this.
