Since past 6 days the airtel Dth provider is not fixing the issue. Everyday they give false Hope’s that technician will come and replace the burnt part, but nobody comes. They assure each day it will be resolved but they don’t bring the part. Now they have stopped picking our calls and the TV is not working since the past 6 days. I have already prepaid and since a week my TV is shut and my money is going to waste. Nobody is helping. The entire building has one connection the technician has seen the problem 6 days ago and was supposed to get the part from Bhiwandi, but has still not showed up.
