Dear Sir,

I am fed up with the Airtel TV connection, I have 2 of them for more than 15 years.

Now AIRTEL, asked us to chose the channels we would like to watch on the TV as per the TRAI guidelines.

I went through the tedious process of selecting the channels on the net. I did this on the 1st of Feb 2019. For Both the connections we have viz. 3002045536 -001 and 002.
Ever since then we are not able to see any of the channels.

We have called the customer care service several times to inform about this. Every time they said it will be activated in one hour. Today after more than 3 weeks our tv is useless.

I am sure we will receive the same bill as ever.
