As per TRAI guidelines packages tariff has been changed. i am trying to contact airtel customer care from last 5-6 days but it get canceled after the tele voices.
i even tried to resolve my problem through airtel.in/selfcare. its shows wrong password though i put the right one. i again changed my password throgh forgot password option again its show wrong password and sometimes i am putting password but its shows wrong otp( how that can possible).
due to their poor customer care services i am not able to enjoy my servives
