I have airtel dth connection 3018098216-001 & 3018098216-004 , Primary 001 was recharged with 5999 on 06nov2018 for one year plan & 004 connection was recharged with 2630 on 12Apr2018 for one year. After 11 April 2019 my 004 connection was not recharged & it was not in used by me. My 001 connection changed my plan on 08 Aug 2019 & I made a call to customer care that some of my channels are missing on my pack active on 001 , Customer care told me that your plan has been changed according to Trai rule, now you can access pack for ten month & remaining two months money has refunded 1373.37 in your account. My connection 001 stopped due to low balance in September. Then I complaint to customer care 26 sep2019 & I was assured to call back within 24 hrs , they didn’t call me back. Again I complaint on 30sep2019 suspension offer related & call back requested , they didn’t call me back. Again I complaint on 10oct2019 call back requested ,they didn’t call me back. Now on 12 oct2019 I complaint through mail, they response me & I told them my issue related to dth services & irresponsible behaviour of customer care. On 14oct2019 airtel dth refunded me 500 Rs in my dth account 3018098216 . Again I mail to airtel on 20oct2019 that I m not satisfy with 500 rs refund , I want my service back on my connection 001 since I was not able to see my channels sep2019 to 5nov2019 .They call me on 21oct2019 with ref no 1390512010 but they was unable to satisfy me & they were not accepting lack of service due to misguide ms by airtel customer care. Again my concern is here to give my service back sep2019 ( channels were not seen from that day) to 5nov2019 on my 001 connection. Thank You. Shailendra Rawat. Mobile no. -9301108294
