I have done swapping of airtel set up box which was
to be replaced due back as it was old and I purchased on 2017.
though it has to be changed. By Airtel exchanges set up box used by another customer, which is already used and have no warranty .but still charge 450 re was charged for old set up .while new set up cost only 700 to 800 .so this rate for swapping is totally a mis management of airtel and as customers we have to bear the cost which they should have changed as normal course and because of thier lack of customer friendly image it was done.i am quite unhappy and would go for consumer complaint if the amount of 300 is not refunded to my account 3019107634.
