Today(dated05.12.2020) I did a recharge Rs.501 Airtel DTH recharge through Airtel App by using mobile number 9600392656 and payment mode as gpay UPI.Amount got deducted,but recharge cannot be happen.Customer cate support is not working and I give a feedback in Airtel App,but there is no response by team.Even Razorpay has confirmed that payment has been received by Airtel.I need to refund my Amount.Kindly do the needful….
