Text of Complaint by D.C Dinesh Kumar:

On 16th June 2020, I tried recharging my DTH for INR  280 through MyAirtel app at around 8.00 am.
The payment mode was debit card. 280 got deducted, but the transaction history in Myairtel app shows nothing.
BOI customer service professional told me that airtel has not provided the service even after deducting the money.
I tried contacting the Airtel customer care multiple times. They were rude and said airtel cannot help as the transaction history shows nothing.
