On 26th April 2020, I tried recharging my DTH for INR 250 through MyAirtel app at around 8.00 pm.
The payment mode was debit card. 250 got deducted, but the transaction history in Myairtel app shows nothing.
SIB customer service professional told me that airtel has not provided the service even after deducting the money. The transaction with TXN ID:200425775513 was successful.
I tried contacting the Airtel customer care multiple times. They were rude and said airtel cannot help as the transaction history shows nothing.

I have recharged my Airtel DTH (3026137850)
Yesterday with an amount of RS 360
and it has been debited from my bank account but my Airtel DTH account balance is still zero and can’t be viewed.

Money deducted but no recharge done neither any amount in airtel payment bank 31st Oct amount 648/- no one knows what happened.
It is been more than 24 hours called many times to customer care and I m tired.
