Hi There,
I placed a DTH re-installation request with Airtel customer care on 18.04.2019 from my registered mobile number 9611274083 ; Till date none has turned up ; customer care executives and their supervisors are always saying that they had escalated and the engineer would call me on priority and would solve the issue ; I am hearing the same thing since last 5 days ; now I see how Airtel is spoiling its brand name ;
Airtel should provide me one months free subscription to compensate the amount of harassment I have faced.
