Dear Sir
I have been taken DTH of airtel my cust ID-30107183 which is in the name of Mr Vinod Tiwari since 2012.Now we have two TV connection on same Cust ID. We have sifted our residence as on 21 April 2019 and booked airtel technician to shift our dish, which he had done. After that we faced the problem in our second TV connection with error code B001. I had booked so many compliants regarding my problem but till now i am not getting any solution from airtel DTH. This type of treatment from airtel DTH ,gives us a tension in the mind a kind of harassment. I feel very irritating from airtel site they committed that we will give a solution within 24 hours but there is no action and have not reason on why previous compliant has not closed.
Therefore request you to solve it by irrupting on it.
