Airtel Digital TV ID 3024521486 – Urgent (# 9964111)
Transaction ID of ICICI Bank: 210518345932 for Rs. 4704/-

VIN/Airtel/Paym/202105181726/113821565012 

I(Ms. Sakina Abbas Motiwala) made payment of INR 4,704.00 for my Airtel Digital TV ID 3024521486 for recharge. From my ICICI Bank account, money got debited from my account but I got online payment as Failed payment (attached FYI).

My ICICI Bank (Service Request SR749609726 -issued for this payment) they tell me to contact Airtel as per them payment has been declined by Airtel (merchant bank).

Requesting you to please check where my funds are and refund them back in my ICICI Bank Account, as I had made payment thru my Debit Card on line thru Airtel Wallet mobile app.

It’s my humble request please release my funds as I have spoken & emailed many times t my Bank & they keep saying to check with Airtel.

Await for your kind help to resolve this matter ASAP.
