Since 26Jan 2019, I have made my self package thrice and sent scanned QR code to 54325/ 81308 81308 on 26.01.19, 02.02.2019, 03.02.2019,& 23.02.2019. I received SMS from Airtel about receipt of my request, but my package not activated till date.
Without my consent HD Pack was implemented on 22.02.2019.
Please arrange to get my package activated today itself. I had also recharged with 510 rupees as I had made package for Rs.507/- pm.
