My DTH Account number is 3000989487.
I have raised my actual complain on 24th Nov 2020 for Airtel Xtreme setup stuck at loading screen. Technician came on 25th Nov , replaced the setup and left stating you recharge for 750 for box replacement and then it will be active in 30 mins.
I did the recharge in front of the technician. The account never got activated. My issue is not fixed since 24th Nov.
I made multiple calls to technician and airtel support on 12150.
Till date they have not sent technician to my place to fix the issue.
Surprisingly I am told by support team that my original ticket is closed in the system. I never gave any confirmation to close.
Kindly raise complaint against the Airtel DTH team , service partner and so called escalation person Manthan (+91 7899987704).
I have gone through hours of stress at home talking to support for atleast 10 times.
Due to the stress at home I had to purchase new mobile phone for my son which has costed by 19000.
I need full refund and compensation for the stress I have gone through.
