I requested for a re-installation to my new address on 3rd July 2020, I followed up almost every day and wasted my huge time to get that solved, but it was fixed yesterday and was charged me to Rs. 510.
It was informed me to resolve the issue first and then they will waive me of the charges which is being deducted from my account for days which I have not utilized the services and also they will compensate me for mental agony and harassment. I have all the audio recordings with me.
