HI Sir/Madam,
i have taken Airtel broadband for 3 months plan which is 999+ taxes , sales team given option to add DTH at just 100Rs,,so i have opted for that as well,all together i paid 4000Rs for Fibre and DTH,
Due to poor services i have made a request for the disconnection
Now DTH team is saying am not elible for refund
and the reason for no refund is they have claimed that money in wallet ( 1038Rs) towards installation charges
first of all there are no installation charges mentioned for 3 months connection
as a customer i have right to cancel the connection
these guys robbed my money and doing time pass when i call to customer care
please take strict action on them and direct them to return my money
