Hello Myself Swapnil and registered mobile number is 8828101061 .I have booked an airtel xtream box for 2249rs (Airtel thanks offer) 3 times from airtel thanks app every time they cancelled my order by their own.

I had talk with one of their executive, he also dont know why it get cancelled and suggested me to book on call through him.. i let him do so still after 8 days i didnt get any call from their service engineer .

I received their engineer number but he didnt pick call neither reply on whatsapp .. Airtel just saying today confirm you will get connection but no progress at all and addition to this is when i asked about this they cut my call (Rude service ever)

Why they dont answer simple question whether it will get delivered or not ? Is this the way one should behave with customer? I want delivery as early as possible.
