I am a Airtel DTH service for last four years. I recharged my pack on 13.06.2019 on the basis of that time scheme for Standard pack , Pay Rs. 5610 for 11 months & get 1 month extra free relay. when I received payment confirmation for the above payment no extra benefit was given. When I contacted the concern authority (call center) the promised me tthat it will be taken care at the end of 11 months. But after 11 months , before 10 May 2020 recharged request pay before 10.May’2020 was flashing on my Tv. I tried 02244448080 several times but there is no option to talk to their executive to explain my problem. Also after sever e-mails to digitaltv@in.airtel.com / digitaltv@airtel.com / 121@in.airtel.com / das@trai.gov.in no one is taking action. Airtel auto response blindly give excuse of short of staff due to COVID-19 and ask me to take help of Airtel Thanks App. This app is not taking care of specific problem. In all this process they have not given any explanation on June 2019 scheme. This problem can solved in COVID-19 situation as their other works are working smoothly. Please look into the matter at the earliest. In lockdown period I have to be get connected to the outside world.
