I have applied for new DTH connection on 17th July 2020, done all the payments online.
It is clearly mentioned on the Payment screen that I will get a call within 4 hours and my connection will get activated in 48 hours.
But it’s been 4 days now I have not received any updates from Airtel regarding installation. I am trying to reach out to the customer care but no luck.
I have sent many emails regarding the same to customer care but no reply. Please help
