Dear Team,

I Shaik Khaja Hussain residence of Kurnool Town & District, is having Airtel-DTH Connection (CUSTOMER ID: 3020268346 ) with HD Setoff Box and Smart TV.

iam having worst service issue with your Airtel-Dth from the last month, while we choose “MAKE YOUR OWN PLAN” through Channel No: 998 and QR Code was Scanned and send the message, (message send successfully) and we received reply message.” Thanks fro selecting new pack on your airtel DigitalTV! We have received your request and we will send you a confirmation SMS once your plan is activated” but the choosed plan did not activated a spoke to Customer Care Executives and their Supervisors regarding this. some of your executives said that the plan will active after 1-Hour and some one said it will took 24 Hours to activate, finally Supervisor said due to Technical problem the MAKE YOUR OWN PLAN not activated, and he asked me to share channel details orally, even i tell he missed few channels to activate.

Later i communicate with customer care regarding missed channels one of the executive said Server down,  then i contact Bangalore Customer care regarding the same, they activated missed channels.

Yesterday ( 11-May-2019 ) i was choosen MAKE YOUR OWN PLAN through Channel No: 998,  again and again i got the same issue as last month i was faced, Customer Care not yet resolved the problem.

They are asking to share channel names orally, then they will activate. Look like they are speaking with customer to convince to disclose channels orally are escaping by prolong the call time.

I here by questioning you ” Why You Put the Channel No:998 “

If you put the same for customer connivance, then why MAKE YOUR OWN PLAN is not activated, we have contacted with customer care number of times regarding this issue, but not yet resolved.

If MAKE YOUR PLAN is not able to activate then why you guys are playing with customers.

We are facing the same problem  from the last one month.

will you please do not repeat the same problem with me and others.

Please find the enclosed QR Code Scan Image of “Make Your Own Plan” chosen by me  and activate the Plan (Having Sufficient Balance in my DTH account)
