This is regarding reactivation of my free Recording top up facility which has been deactivated by mistake from airtel executive on 23-05-19. They have raised the complaint #89507332 as they suggested me that lifetime free recording top up can be activated from backend team only. Its been so many days now but my issue is still not resolved. They are saying that they cannot activate the same recording topup and providing me different different excuses. I told them that you need to listen the same call from your record when my lifetime free recording topup activated. Activated in last year Feb’18. The executive who activated this topup told me clearly that you don’t need to pay anything for recording topup. He said I will never be charged for this recording topup.
But now Airtel is denying to activate my lifetime free recording topup. Please do the needful.
I have escalated this concern to nodal office of airtel as well however they have not responded on that.
