Airtel Dth a/c. 3019281733.

I am a Airtel Dth customer for last 4 years. I recharged my pack on 13.06.2019. That time scheme was to pay Rs. 5610 for 11 months (standard pack) & get 1 month subscription free. I paid rs. 5610 on 13.06.2019 for this scheme & surprised to know that expiry date was shown 10.05.2020 instead of 10.06.2020.  This was informed to Airtel DTH call center & he promised that it will taken care at the end of expiry. But from 06.05.2020 Recharge before 10.05,2020 message was flashing on my TV screen. Since then I tried to contact Airtel DTH customer care thro’ call center and email but I got reply by auto response to recharge the pack at the earliest.  There is no option to talk to their customer care executive to explain my problem. I have contacted several time on 022 444448080 & emailed to digitaltv@in.airtel.com , digitaltv@airtel.com , 121@in.airtel.com , das@trai.gov.in but got  only auto response mail to recharge &  if any problem use Airtel Thanks  app. And this app has no option to talk to their executive. And this goes on and on without any solution. My Tv reception is stopped since 11.5.2020. In this lockdown period TV is the only way to connect with outside world. Please do the needful at the earliest.
