This is to inform you that recently I purchased airtel dth connection about 2 months backs(DTH ID:3033595975).I recharged it for the 1st month and it worked well.
But when I recharged for the 2nd month, the existing plan got recharged and I wasn’t able to watch the new channels I had subscribed to. Moreover when I was doing the recharge via channel no. 998 I did a monthly recharge ie on 8 may…..but my plan expired on 26 may…..
I hv contacted the customer care several times during this entire period but I have been left aghast. Furthermore on talking to your representative I got to know that some tax or whatsoever amount had been deducted due to which balance in my account was ₹229.
But while doing the recharge via tv the monthly charge was supposed to be the same. If the situation persists then I will have no option rather than giving up the dth connection.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
My Dth account number 3015437591 is not working since last 8days,being a customer for almost 8years and spending@ Rs 5k{PA}
Care team is saying that they will charge Rs 150 for techinician visit,that to I agreed this damaged has been done by natural disaster.
Made a complain 8days back no responce even the Nodal officer is also sleeping tight ,were no COVID/Cyclone life is normal.
Pls don’t buy any service from Airtel.
