My Airtel DTH with 3021419381-001 is not working since 20.05.2020 due to Amphan Cycloan. It may happen due to such high wind pressure. I have made my first complain on 26.5.20 through Airtel thanks app and it was written that the complain will be attended within a given time. But no one attended. After couple of days, I started calling airtel customer but everytime they take a complain but no one comes to repair the set top box. Also, the repair person’s mobile number they are providing is always switched off. I have also complained regarding this. I’m attaching all the complain logs with this note. The airtel company is just fooling people. They need to charge a heavy fine regarding this else they will continue fooling people and customers can do nothing against them.
- Please take immediate action against Airtel Dth for fooling consumers.
